There were central heating and flat-screen TV in the room, enjoyed that. The staff were nice, helped us with every request.

For the price we paid, the value we got was excellent. The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with a balcony overlooking Lake Como. The personal touches, like the tealight next to the bath, made us feel special. The location was stunning, with a magnificent view of the lake, and the staff were charming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

One drawback was the lack of in-room facilities, such as a fan or air conditioning. It was quite difficult to sleep on the couple of nights when the temperature reached 25 degrees at night.
